Difference between Coaching and Therapy
Therapy deals with emotional or behavioural problem that needs to be healed. The focus is typically retrospective, dealing with feeling and experience related to past events. It focuses on resolving difficulties from the past and deals with present life circumstances in more emotionally healthy ways.

Coaching, on the other hand, is prospective, focusing on untapped potential in pursuit of specific actionable outcomes. It supports personal and professional growth, focusing on the strength and abilities of people and how to develop a sense of fulfillment in their heart and soul.




Coaching sessions
The sessions will be typically between 45 minutes and 60 minutes. Coaching sessions are normally conducted over the phone, via Skype and face to face. As a client you will bring a desire for change in an area of your life and you will let me know what you want to achieve. I will help you become aware of the obstacles hampering your progress and lead you towards what really motivates you. You will be able to embrace the past and the present, and move forward in an informed, committed and energized manner towards your goals.
